A special event is an event occurring out of the ordinary course of everyday functions. Special events may include, but are not limited to:
Block Parties
Carnivals or Circuses
Concerts or Performances
Craft or Trade Shows
Demonstrations/Rallies
Farmer’s Market (Street Fair/Festival)

The permit process ensures that your event is safe, well-organized, and coordinated with necessary city departments.
South Weber prides itself on the events, activities, and celebrations that engage our community and enrich our quality of life. We look forward to reviewing your application, and if approved, working with you to make your event a success.
